GREAT and sad article as well on Jaynes giving up his on the field career from the WAYNESVILLE MOUNTAINEER in Waynesville, NC.

Sounds like a pretty classy guy with the right attitude about things in spite of the injuries. He'll do fine for himself and hopefully be an asset off the field to support Wagner and staff. :thumb:

Sorry to hear this happen to any kid playing college football. As the parent of a Gardner-Webb player, I know how hard all of these kids work to play the game we all love so much. It's a real shame that Jaynes will not be able to enjoy all of his eligibility. However, the article sure makes it sound like he has chosen to make the most of his situation. Sounds like a kid with a lot of character who will go far in his next career.
