2011 Montana Schedule
Has the 2011 Montana schedule been released yet? I'm finally going to bite the damn bullet and plan on a football trip to Missoula. I've talked about it for 5 years after I moved to Cali. I can't make it to any this year and wanted to get a head start on planning for 2011.
Appreicate any help.

Our always seems to come out late. Only thing I can say right now is that we are @Tennessee for week one

Really? Sweet! So I'll have a chance to see Montana twice in the same year. (UT's my I-A boys!)Silenoz wrote:Our always seems to come out late. Only thing I can say right now is that we are @Tennessee for week one
Thanks for the heads up. I know Montana is popular, but would it be easy to get a ticket for an individual game?

Rule #1 Please wear your gear when you get here. Friday and Saturday for sure. Many locals will want to hear about your school and you will probably get a few barley-pops bought for ya.
Rule #2 See Rule #1.

Yes. the week the season starts you can purchase them online or...a better option, IMO, is to ask a Griz fan here or on Egriz so you can get a good seat(s) and meet up with some fans before hand.SpiritCymbal wrote:Really? That was going to be my next question. If I show up with a GSU visor on that would be ok? I'm not going to get tar and feathered or anything like that right?grizzaholic wrote:Rule #1 Please wear your gear when you get here. Friday and Saturday for sure. Well...I'd probably buy a Griz shirt out of respect, but believe me...you'll know I'm a GSU fan. hahaha....grizzaholic wrote:I would also wear a shirt or something like that as well but..no. No tar and feathering.SpiritCymbal wrote:

It's from a late 60's movie called "Carry on girls" and the ladies name is Margaret Nolan.SpiritCymbal wrote:No problem...as long as you tell me where to find the video that it's above your username!Ursus A. Just a tip...wear a GSU hat...not a visor. A visor sends the wrong signal unless you are an LPGA member if you know where I'm going with that.

I'd dearly love to see Montana take down the Vols then lose to my Hornets.
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

If I had to pick one game @UM and that's the schedule, I'd probably pick the EWU game. Nice warm weather and a decent rivalry between them.nwFL Griz wrote:9/3 @Tennessee

Of course, the best game to go to would be the one with MSU. But it won't be @ UM next year. Our stadium expansion should be done and it's a huge rivalry. And the weather is often good football weather - sometimes below zero.

I think it’s ok to use “my”, “we”, “our”, “us”, etc, if your are an alum, a donor, a current student, a faculty member, and obviously as a player, former player or coach.Willie wrote:Wasn't aware you were on the coaching staff.SuperHornet wrote:I'd dearly love to see Montana take down the Vols then lose to my Hornets.

Agreed.
