Wofford will make the playoffs win or lose next week. Chattanooga HAS to win next week to even have a shot at getting in.

another fumble. If we can't score I'm telling you we can't lose next week and make the playoffs

App's for real. Good game Terriers, but seems like the Rock takes you of your element with the turnovers.

Domination by a very pissed off App team. Keep that chip on your shoulder for a few more games, Apps!

Thanks DJ - our D coaches did a heck of a job getting the line ready for you guys....I watched the FU/WC and WC/WCU youtubes and was convinced the Terriers would get a pile of yards against us.

WoCo=solid team=solid coach. Good luck going forward!

Several of Wofford's players tonight honestly looked scared. Rucker (I think) either fell down when guys got near him or just plain dropped the ball when it was pitched too him. Knowing that he wasn't in the mood to beat us, our guys could focus on Britenstein and shut him down COMPLETELY. Dominating performance by the App defense and the special teams. Sad thing is, our offense still only performed at about 8.5 out of 10. God help any team that runs into them at 100%.

3 out of 4 pitches were horrible, not Rucker's fault I don't think

I was thinking along these lines too. Wofford was still suffering psychological damage from the nationally telivised azz whuppin from 2 years ago. I saw both teams play against the same team on the same field and there is no way App is THAT much better unless there is another factor at play- which in this case is that whuppin from 2008 in the back of their minds.

The ball hit him in the hands, he should have held on to it. And it still doesn't explain why the 30 yardline tackled him 2 or 3 times. Basically, your guys were playing scared. The players talked about it after the game, and the fans could see it from the stands. They saw that we bottled up your all world full back and didn't know how to respond.

FINALLY! The team some of us knew we had finally shows up! Some of you "all is well" guys didn't think anything was wrong with the O-line. Interesting Devon said after the game we went BACK to our old inside zone blocking schemes this week. Hummm.... My issue is why did it take 8 games to figure something was amiss? Oh well. At least they got it figurred out be fore the playoffs. If the guys play like this here out the ASU nation will be raising banner #4.

I love the postgame quote from Bobby Bozzo  :
In 2007 when we lost to em they (fans) were chanting “overrated” for the whole fourth quarter. And that was probably the biggest mistake for the history of App and Wofford that they could have made cause there’s always gonna be somebody on the team who remembers that, and if there’s someone who wasn’t on the team that didn’t remember that, we tell them how terrible it was, for all those guys in their button ups and their ties running on the field and chanting “overrated” to us.

So we have a personal vendetta against Wofford. We just love when they hype it up cause we know what’s going to happen cause we always work hard during the week for them.

App got a wake up call in Paulson Stadium last weekend when a young motivated Eagle team outplayed them. App has been kind of sleepwalking thru Citdogs, the Whee and Furman and allowed themselves to get ambushed by the Eagles. We should send GaSo a thank you card....
