Was wondering how soon you'd break out the play-off graphics. You doing a Big Sky one as well?

MSU gets absolutely WORKED if they play like they did today.
So they don't bring their A game and are still able to win in one of the most hostile environments in college football?
They are either much better than you guys are giving them credit for or Montana truly does suck.
I think it's the former and chalk the BSC hating up to pride, arrogance, and/or the first stage of grief.

With the exception of the Weber game, Montana had the opportunity to win those games, but obviously didn't.

Six wins would get you in a bowl game. Griz fans sure you don't want to come to the WAC with us? We'll offer a two-fer and bring the Bobcats free of charge.

Thanks. No, probably not. After some of the comments I've seen from sCat fans on the MSU board and AGS, they can get fucked.EWURanger wrote:Kick ass graphic.Screamin_Eagle174 wrote:

Re: Why Montana is out
I think between the two Big Sky teams EWU has been playing better for longer stretches of the game. Their defense has been more consistent at least. MSU is getting healthier but is having troubles getting those starters back into the lineup and operating like they did at the beginning of the year.
I think one that not many people have mentioned is that with the loss of our starting guard vs the Cougars we ended up losing about 20lbs per position on the inside of our offensive line. Getting that push to create running lanes has been hard to come by.
The Bobcats have a ton to work on between now and their playoff game.

I was thinking it was even more ironic that the year MT was talking about moving up, and the year all the stay-putters were blathering on and on about 3 home playoff games every year is the year and how wonderful the playoffs are and they love those three games every year we don't make the playoffs.SeattleGriz wrote:I was thinking the exact same thing.mainejeff wrote:How ironic is it that the year that the playoffs expand to 20 teams is the year that Montana fails to make the playoffs!

Let me rephrase that: MSU gets absolutely worked if they play like they did in the second half Saturday.kalm wrote:AZGrizFan wrote:

Shyte, just made the haul in record time, seen all the rookies on their tops down 'round Big Timber, and all the rookie drivers between Columbus and Laurel today....
Jhfc, if you aren't equipped with either equipment nor balls, GTFO the public roads tard!!
Did more tard slaloming out there than my very best day on Lazy M.
BTW, most popular vehicle on it's side this weekend, Ford Expedition, most popular vehicle on it's top, GMC Yukon.
Most popular rig strewn across both lanes, the median, and the bank of the Yellowstone river, Dodge one ton dually with large cargo trailer full of ATVs attached for part of the way.

Especially when your 6-5 record would've resulted in a bowl bid.....see, mediocrity can pay off.....AZGrizFan wrote:I was thinking it was even more ironic that the year MT was talking about moving up, and the year all the stay-putters were blathering on and on about 3 home playoff games every year is the year and how wonderful the playoffs are and they love those three games every year we don't make the playoffs.SeattleGriz wrote:

But it also would have allowed Pflu and his crew another 4-5 weeks of practice, which they desperately need.Appaholic wrote:Especially when your 6-5 record would've resulted in a bowl bid.....see, mediocrity can pay off.....AZGrizFan wrote:

BTW, why would you desperately need more practice time if this year's performance rewarded you with extra funding and such from a bowl game....isn't a bowl game the mark of a successful FBS season?

Re: Why Montana is out
You have trouble listening or understanding there slick. NOBODY said anything about it assured that we would have those games. It was said that if we were good enough we got the opportunity to play those games. In FBS we don't have that opportunity and never would. I hope you understand that slappy but I ain't holding out a lot of hope cuz you like to twist it to fit however it works best for you.AZGrizFan wrote:I was thinking it was even more ironic that the year MT was talking about moving up, and the year all the stay-putters were blathering on and on about 3 home playoff games every year is the year and how wonderful the playoffs are and they love those three games every year we don't make the playoffs.SeattleGriz wrote:
