Sports apps at the game

Post by green&gold75 »

Just noticed - of the 8 CAA games this week 7 have kickoffs of 6 or 7 pm. During our game I'll be wondering how the others are going, but when I'm at a game I'm too into it to be checking other scores on a football scores app. A couple of guys who sit near me do, though, and I'm happy to get their updates.
Anybody follow other games during their own, beyond the usual stadium updates?

I tried using ScoreCenter the last two saturdays and if that's the best app for android I'm going back to loading the ESPN website and hitting refresh for updates.

ScoreMobile here for me as well (on Android). Definitely keep up to date with other scores around the FCS and CAA

We apparently are using different scorecenters then. It is up to the second for me.

Maybe it was the way that scores were being reported, but when I'd click for details on a game they could be up to 15-20 minutes in gametime off from the main page.

Not for myself. I was listening to the UNI/Iowa State game on the radio during the first half and it was basically play for play (probably about a play behind to be honest, but I'll take that).

During basketball season it was as up to date as it could get. It was always a little behind, but that is to be expected with a game as fast as basketball
