WCU-Alabama to kickoff at 7:07 pm ET; will be televised on pay-per-view

Cullowhee, N.C. - Western Carolina's season-opening football game against the Alabama Crimson Tide scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 1 at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala., will kick off at 6:07 pm local time, 7:07 pm in the East.
Alabama Director of Athletics, Mal Moore, also announced that the game, which is the first for new Tide head coach Nick Saban, will be produced by the Crimson Tide Sports Network (CTSN) for pay-per-view distribution.
CTSN's pay-per-view telecast will be anchored by the network's Chris Stewart, who will be joined in the booth by former Tide quarterback Tyler Watts with sideline reports from Barry Krauss. Fans will be able to order the Crimson Tide Pay-Per-View telecasts through their local cable company. The game also will be available on DirecTV and the Dish Network (check local listings for availability).
The 2007 season opener will be broadcast live on the radio by the Catamount Sports Network (CSN) with an air time of 6:00 pm ET for the 6:07 pm CT / 7:07 pm ET kickoff.
