Exactly what have I been sued for? Even though it's all fantasy, there was no timeline set for anything. I haven't done anything wrong yet in this science fiction life you live. I feel like with the ease of communication these days, if I have been sued, I would have found out in some other way than from a 6 year old on a college football forum internet site. I believe to sue someone, you have to know their actual name. Do you have any proof of that?

As you have been told about 4 other times already, you will find out about the lawsuit and the specifics when AGS and its two owners send you an email giving you about 20 days to quash the subpoena served on them from the Plaintiff regarding turning over your IP, ISP, email address and any other details.

Be careful, however, as some message board owners will immediately turn over all info about the poster in order to avoid legal expenses - without giving the defendant time to respond to the subpoena by filing a Motion to Quash in the proper jurisdiciton. If this happens, you do realize that the message board owners are not required to tell you whether they have responded to the subpoena by turning over all of your info, don't you?

Until then, your best bet is to continuously search PACER to attempt to find the complaint that has been filed against you in Federal court.

Aren't you the guy that told me you knew my exact location and the exact location of my family? Or the one that said you were going to find me in person and make sure I deleted my AGS account? Yes West only ran for 50 some yards and ONLY 2 touchdowns against URI. Pay no attention to Enders going 20-26 2TD and 60 yards rushing, that wouldn't support your saying Towson is all West.

Ignore the fact Lum was pulled in the 3rd quarter against the likes of Fordham, G'town, Laffy, Bucknell, Colgate and Monmouth. Those team didn't run much trying to catch up. Your rush defense isn't over rated.

Towson has had to earn all the respect they have gotten this year, this week is no diffrerent. We're 6-1 against team ranked higher than us this year.

I sense another suit arising from the emotional distress caused by the Fan. Let's see, yes you can sue under a John Doe as a Plaintiff and use subpoenas to ascertain who John Doe really is, and all that is perfectly fine. But here is the real question: What are the Fan's damages? Bruising an ego is usually not worth much, and certainly would be difficult for a jury to find that any monetary damages should be awarded.
As to the suit being filed in the "Central District" of federal court, why there? Assuming that is where the Fan lives, remember, you can move the suit to where you live and force him and his "attorneys" to travel in order to take depositions.
There are a lot of tricks to keep the Fan at bay, but the best will be when Lehigh goes down this Saturday, which is also when the federal courts dockets will suddenly empty out.

On topic... I think it should be an interesting game. As I've mentioned in another thread, I think the matchup is Lehigh's biggest advantage. No doubt that TU, with a tougher schedule, scholarships, strong conference, etc. probably has the edge on paper but the matchup could prove interesting. You've got an overpowering Lehigh pass game against a questionable pass defense and a power running and control Towson offense against a perhaps unproven but still statistically strong rush defense. I think it presents much more of a problem to the TU staff as to the schemes and subsequent adjustments they might have to make should Lehigh and their stats prove real. Getting any team out of their regular game plan can be a real advantage and unlike TU I don't see Lehigh doing anything differently than what they've been doing the last 13 weeks other than maybe going vertically even more than usual. Personally I think the first drives of the game will be telling. If TU can run on Lehigh it could be a very long and frustrating day for the hawks with those offensive weapons sitting on the sidelines in a time possession/control type of game. Funny thing is if that run D works it could go exactly the opposite way in Lehigh's favor. Like I said, I think it's gonna' be interesting.

I also think this Lehigh team despite the weak conference perception is pretty special. Other than the HC game which, not making excuses, I understand was an absolute slop fest, Lehigh really dominated their conference foes. A few stayed close for a while but the common theme was it seemed no one could really play four full quarters against them. That's usually the sign of a strong balanced team. And even as weak as some perceive it to be, that's a tough thing to do. Every game is tough because there is so much parity based on geography, recruiting, rules, academics, etc. No one team can really become a powerhouse and they spend the season beating the stuffing out of each other with teams drawn from a common pool of atheletes for the most part. But then every once in a while guys like Lum and Spadola come along and make a single team something special. I think back to Colgate in 2003-2004 as the last one. I guess we'll find out on Saturday! I think it will probably be one heck of a game.
