Locker rooms (long overdue) and lights are the next upgrades. I know lights will be ready for next season. Not sure about the locker rooms. Don't know if any seating additions are in the works right now.

That does look really nice. I guess it bugs me a little with the slightly assymetrical look of the EZ in relation to the stands, but overall pretty sweet.

No Blackfalkin brought us into his hate of you guys, but at no point did a bobcat fan say anything bad until you bring up the Playoff attendance. If I were Eastern, I would be less worried about what the CATS and griz are doing, and more worried about the look of your stadium. I know the griz stadium is big...and loud...and cold, while the CATS stadium is not quite as big...not quite as loud...and just as cold.
