Get Ready Big South, because it seems like Stony Brook is going to assemble a top 10-15 team. This team seems like its going to be even better than the 2011 one...

Yeah, We gotta beat someone this year. But unfortunately it seems like its going to be a similar schedule to last year. We have a DII matchup against Pace, FBS Syracuse and Army, and Central Connecticut & Colgate (NEC teams). None against the CAA, SoCon, etcjcmanson wrote:Great. SMH. bad news for my dawgs
Liberty has 3/4 walk-ons on that list. Swift was a preferred walk-on, i don't know if he still is. He accepted when Rocco was the Coach. According to Rivals Hahn and Javan are also walk-ons. So they still have a few Scholarships.
Peterson could be switching to Auburn if they don't land Biggs or Willams and Louis.
As for Gardner-Webb, we lost Perry to UNCC .

Yeah, it's been difficult trying to find all the names from the new coaching staff. Your information about the walk-ons is correct.Webblumn10 wrote:SMH. bad news for my dawgs

That's fine, beat CCSU and Colgate (patriot not NEC). No excuses.SeawolvesFan90 wrote:Yeah, We gotta beat someone this year. Chill out man. You're acting like Stony Brook losing to Brown cost Liberty a playoff berth.jcmanson wrote:That's fine, beat CCSU and Colgate (patriot not NEC). No excuses.SeawolvesFan90 wrote:

Re: Big South Conference 2012 Recruits
Yeah the "no excuses" was a little harsh. But if you guys want to be considered a "top 10-15" team, you have to beat CCSU and Colgate (and Brown). And I want you to, it makes the conference look better

He originally committed to Maryland then changed to Liberty. And since when does Rivals really keep the list of commits up to date 100% on most FCS schools...

Re: Big South Conference 2012 Recruits
Gotta love this group. I think we can take down Army also. I watched them a few times last year and they throw under ten passes a game and run the ball like VMI only with more chrome. No offense to VMI like you guys . Love to geta win at Mitchie on 9/29.

Re: Big South Conference 2012 Recruits
Looks like Liberty ended up with four 3 star recruits. Great class for us. Arguably our best ever.
