The color scheme here is cool, but I'd like these a WHOLE lot better if they weren't so freaking tight. They're almost as bad as those POS unis the Giants wear. Those look like the players were dipped into a vat of molten plastic. The App unis here aren't QUITE that bad, but they're close.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I have never seen a uniform where the tops and bottoms are the same color look anything but hideous. A yellow top with blue or white pants wouldn't be too bad, but the all yellow will be horrendous.

Black on black works a lot better than white on white. Both trump yellow on yellow. It's just way to bright. I'm not really of fan of red on red, but that is still better than yellow on yellow. I really like Appy State's yellow tops and the black pants make the look.

I too hate the monochrome, especially the all white. All white? Really?

IMO only white on white and black on black are the only two monocolor combos that work.
Boise's blue on blue on blue turf gives me coniption fits. Same goes for EWU.
When WVU goes yellow and yellow they look ridiculous.

These were some great uni's. Note the contrast between the yellow and black.

Agreed...and I think that's the number one concern of some of the Blue Hen fans. There is a thing as too much yellow. It's nice that they are trying to branch off. There is a section of our fan base that is a little bit older and love the tradition of the program and want to preserve it; I don't fault them for that, but I like that we're taking some chances.
