No. I just need a team to root for while mine is hibernating. I have a hard time rooting for fellow CAA schools, well, because I hate all of them. UD has faced GSU five times in the past 15 years or so (two reg season, three playoffs) and I have always respected that program. I finally got to attend a game at Paulson this year and had a great time. BTK was a great host and I got to tailgate with several posters, putting faces to names. So, I am now an honorary GSU fan. :thumb:
This might be the first time you didn't mention who won the last match up. You're getting soft 93.

By the way, Delaware won the last matchup and is 3-2 all time vs GSU. :D

There's a potential for a lot of points here seeing as both teams have good offenses & suspect defenses. That being said, I don't expect this game to be all that close. Old Dominion's offense is more explosive & CCU's defense is weaker (the Monarchs have a noticeable advantage on the D-Line in particular) and I don't see the Chants keeping up with Heinicke & co. well enough to have a chance at the end.

Here's my assessment of the matchups & my pick for the game:

      • Quarterbacks -- Old Dominion

        Running Backs - Coastal Carolina

        Receivers/TEs - Old Dominion

        Offensive Line - (push)

        Defensive Line - Old Dominion

        Linebackers --- (push)

        Secondary ---- (push)

        Kicking ------ Old Dominion

        Punting ------ Old Dominion

        Return Teams - Coastal Carolina

        Kickoffs ------ (push)

        • Coastal Carolina 24-42 Old Dominion

ODU can rush for half the yards they put on JMU and still win this game. :coffee:

ESPN 3 says you can watch up to 4 games at once but doesn't say how to do it
Anyone know

And that seemed to be an easy TD
Good crowd of 20K

Click the four squares on the bottom right and choose your event.

Also, the game is a sellout.

Also, ODU's tackling is garbage.

I hate to sound like a turd, but the CAA play so far in the tournament shows they are still down as a league.

28-21 ODU at the half.

Eric Saylor (ODU's #96) needs to be taken out for injuring Height (CCU's #24) after the play. Completely unnecessary slam after the whistle.

Coastal fumbles on the goal line as time expired. Would have been tied 28 all at the half. As it stands ODU is up 28-21 at the half.

Another Coastal TD, tied at 35

ODU scores, up 42-35

It's now 49-35, ODU

Valiant two and a half quarters for CCU, but they ran out if gas. ODU won't stop scoring, so you can't either when you play them. Either that or force some turnovers.

Look at the box score, the two teams were battling the entire game.

Couldn't find the box score but saw the stats yes both teams battled their hearts out it shows in the aforemntioned stat column both QBs played outstanding two WRs went over 100+ receiving yds.

Had a good time at ODU. All but 2 fans were very polite and nice to our group. Wish we could have hung in there a while longer. Was tied at 35 with 3 minutes left in the 3rd. There were some questionable no-calls, but playing on the road vs the #3 seed, you're not going to get calls. Hats off to ODU, they're my pick to win it all. Heinicke (sp) should win the Payton, that kid is ridiculous!
