UNI's next 2 opponents: Winless!!

Post by igo4uni »

Well, UNI has played 6 road games so far this year and now we get to come home to the fabulous UNI-Dome to play Indiana State and Southern Utah. Both teams are winless this year!!

Is there any chance UNI stumbles and loses one or both of these games???

I say................Nope.

Indiana State lost to SEMO this year. I really think you can handle them.

If UNI loses to Indiana State, I don't think they deserve to be in the playoffs.

Southern Utah has played some close games against tough opponents. The Panthers SHOULD be able to win fairly easily, but if the team loses focus and looks too far ahead, the Thunderbirds could possibly pull the upset.

Trust me on this... If you look past SUU, they will surprise you like they did to YSU... They missed a game winning FG against us that would've ended up giving them a W... They are not a bad team with one of the best white running backs in football by the name of Tony Sanchez I believe.

They have played a super tough schedule...........UNI can't overlook them and must stay focused on getting a top seed.

SUU set themselves up on a murderers row schedule this year.. they won't win a game, but they played fairly competitively in most of their games.

My crystal "Balls" say nads punch from a UNI player. After that they fall apart and lose to the T-Birds...

I just hope UNI's last 2 games against winless oponents does not soften them up for the playoffs. Being a future Gateway fan, I'd like to see a Gateway team (UNI or SIU) win the whole darn thing. Otherwise a western team like Montana.
