According to the AD at Idaho State he also sits on the selection committee the 7 D1 wins was only for a 18 team playoff. Now that there is a 24 team it is 6 D1 wins.

You are correct by the rule book 6 D1 wins MAY get a look. Each committee sets their own guidelines

Usually when filling out an empty bracket the team you put on top is the host. I guess he didn't specify, but that's usually the assumption.

If the Griz are sent on the road,I can't imagine they would play at JMU in the first round

I can see JMU going to Montana.

JMU is one of the few teams that might be able to outbid Montana but I don't think they'll be matched against each other. Both would submit strong bids and as Jay mentioned, the NCAA would prefer to get more $$$$ if at all possible.

He's been swimming with Nessie. Coastal, IMO, should be seeded no lower than #4. 3 or 4 seed is probably where we'll end up and where we deserve to be.

Conversely and depending on how things go this weekend, EWU could have wins against 9-3 MSU, 8-4 ISU, 8-4 and conference champ SHSU, and 7-5 Montana with the one FCS loss being on the road to a decent NAU team without VA.

I don't think it will happen, but you could easily make a case that EWU has a good a resume as UNH.

That's a good resume, but I was just responding to CCU's undefeated record vs a one loss UNH team. Still games to be played. EWU has a good resume and probably should be a top 4 seed.
