If you come over for the Sioux Griz game on the 4th look me up, and I will buy you a drink. I will be in the Griz Alum area before the game. Griz should win that one handly. I have the results I was looking for. Quit digging yourself any deeper. I am on to a new chapter in my studies. Perception is a funny thing.

One last thing, I hope you read up on Dave Elman, and found his book. Do look up the wine study on North Dakota vs Napa Wine labels. Also look up how eye witness accounts are totally different, even though they watch the same thing. How can one person see a red shirt and another a blue after watching the same video? Amazing how your mind fills in the spaces with things, that aren't facts.

I would seriously pay good money to read a 100 page thread solely consisting of "debate" between JBB, Growler, and Rob. The overload of self-righteous indignation would cause Chris' server to melt down.

Nothing wrong with saying the Griz D was great, especially since NDSU's offense is designed to do what it did. I can easily say that NDSU's offense had more firepower in its scheme than Montana could handle, but the D stood tall in the red zone.

I am an NDSU fan and I would have wanted to take 25 and Montana too, we have a good team but it is really a ground and pound running team that wins by defense. No one here expected to win by much and many were afraid we would lose. I cant believe that NDSU was favored by more than 10-14 pts. Montana has a hell of a defense and had just played Wyoming so there would be no surprise on the game plan.
Your boys played one hell of a game, tougher than Iowa State and you guys played at our home. Toughest game we have played in over a year!
We truly don't want to meet in the playoffs

Time for NDSU to man up and go FBS. Big fish in little pond isnt a good look for very long.
Motor City Bowl doesn't look like a great goal to start a season with. NDSU may be good now, but eventually there will be bad seasons, I've seen them bad years. It's easier getting to the top than staying on top. Hopefully the new staff and new AD will keep FCS football as a focus.
See App State.... :coffee:

So I think at home they will be dialed in and do the same. It seems MSU has had its offense clicking, especially it's passing game. I think ND looks to for JJ to beat them with a passing game. I am certain ND is planning on putting a ton of pressure on our O line and getting to JJ to rattle him.

Combine all that with ND look to avenge last years blow out.

ND 14
Griz 7

Let's hope our coaching staff will let JJ scramble a bit more to maybe throw a wrinkle in ND game plan!
Last year was 55-17. While I think we've regressed (offensively), and UND may have even gotten a bit better, I don't see a 45 point swing.
Which is it? Did UM regress more or UND get that much better?

Well, it wasn't a 45 point swing, it was a 35 point swing. Really, it's not that difficult to calculate.
