The Summit Football Conference is the one who governs who NDSU can play in football of course! Remember in 2009 when the ND legislature was throwing around the idea of mandating that North Dakota and NDSU play an annual football game? people can make fun of me all they want but BISON/sioux women's basketball games were some of the best between the schools.
