Work crews are removing the field turf on the APC end of Bridgeforth Stadium. They are prepping for the new video scoreboard install.

Please god not the MAC (no offense UMass, but it wouldn't be a good fit for JMU IMHO).

Ticket sales are ahead of last yr, thats all I know. Will know more after the May 15 deadline for season ticket renewals.

Yep...no way in hell JMU is looking to move up.

Good thing Towson isn't, so I've always got that bandwagon to cling onto!

This may sound naive - but doesn't JMU solve all of the Big East football issues while simultaneously give VaTech a huge middle finger?

I am very jealous of JMU's renovations, BUT we don't know if JMU will fill their 25,000 seat stadium yet. Even if they do, the BE average is 45,000. To get above 25k, I'd imagine they'd have to steal fans away from UVA (an hour away) and VT (2.5 hours away). Not sure that can be done.
