For Montana it has to be Quarterback Jordan Johnson.

3508 yds passing, 75% completion ave., 46 TD's

Here's the link for the 2010 Les Schwab Bowl played last week. Links and video of Johnson and others who participated. Only graduating seniors from Oregon's top two high school classifications (6A and 5A) are allowed to play. Johnson was named most valuable player of the game.
