BF, I gave praise because up until this thread I had not seen anything other than juvenile gay slams toward other ( I have nothing against that as it is a good way to try and get at straight guys), but then you started having a reasonable discussion with dback and I'm not gonna lie to ya...I was impressed.

I don't know if you are a black guy or not but it don't matter to me but I'll assume that you are. If this is the case then why would you start with the gay slams, the subjugation of gay rights and so forth if as you say, you are against things that motivated by hate. You have posted things thus far that are worse about gay people than those posted that are racial in nature. The thing is you don't think so because you only focus on that which affects you...you don't seem to have the compassion for other' rights that you have for those that are in your group. Somehow you do not see that the black people that are held in high regard gave up much in a struggle against discrimination and in those times there were many 'white devils" that tried to keep their foot on the throat of black people. The thisng that you are failing to recognize right now is that the black people/white people that are holding their foot on the throat of the gay people seeking equal rights are the modern day white devil that your forefathers struggled against. Many in the black community seem to be going with the "I got mine" mentality and are working against others' rights in huge numbers. You are the modern day "white devil".
