I'd rather have National Championship and an undefeated record on my home field, than be a cunt. :coffee:
Your hideous field has nothing to do with winning a national title.

I'm failing to see the connection as well.

You can go undefeated at home and not win a national title.

Hell, you can have 1 win at home and still win a national title if you win all of your road games, in theory.

Because we went undefeated at home, which was aided by the new-found sense of pride and homefield advantage in the unique turf, our record was such that we got a seed and had a chance to play all of our playoff games at home, sans the chipper. Granted, it took some luck (NDSU over MSU, Nova over App), but the field certainly played a part in our players' mentality. It was part of a perfect storm, a magic carpet ride of a season. Either way, my statement, on it's own, still stands. :coffee:

Personally, I have nothing against EW athletics. Being honest, why would I? It's just when I try to watch one of your games on your homefield I just see too much red. Or is that just me?

Seriously, though, I couldn't watch EWs games on TV because it really did hurt my eyes.

The NCAA has a dumbass rule for everything but in this case I think they should crack down and specify either green grass or green articial turf as the only acceptable color.
