The Griz have never played the Buffs though

Griz lost to CSU 20-12 in 1963. They did, however, win in '60, '61 and '62.

1963! Why bother mentioning that? Ancient history. Since that time NDSU has a winning record over UND, 8 national championships, couple wins over the Gophers, Kansas, etc.

given what happened the last time the Buffs played a team from Montana I don't know if they will be so eager to schedule on again....

I forgot to mention NDSU defeated Montana while still a D2 team. Kind of got Montanas nose out of joint. GO BISON!

I think we open the season at Colorado in '12 and Arizona State in '13. I'm not 100% certain about those.
