I don't want the Apps to play any team on the road that's west of the Mississippi. Our team is has ZERO wins in that situation. As far as particular teams go it really doesn't matter. This Edition of App football is capable of beating any team in the field and also losing to any team in the field.

We can't seem to win against the state of Louisiana either.

Pretty sure most of the state is west of the Mississippi.

Which game did you see? If it was the UD-ODU game, then you saw the Hens gain only 80 yards on the ground (Pierce - 14 carries for a net 21 yards). The Hens currently average 164 YPG rushing.

Yeah, I know what the triple option is all about- I watch the service academies and GT religiously, simply because I love watching that offense hum along.

Easier said than done, or else they wouldn't still be running almost 20 years after Paul Johnson left. NDSU hasn't played a veer/option team in the last 3-4 years if memory serves correctly.

I agree with you 93. I am not afraid of GSU. Maybe I got the wrong impression from the 2.5 games I watched this year, but they did not impress me, especially their passing game. I realize they are a triple option team, and thus their passing shouldn't be strong, but even with that taken into consideration, it was abysmal.

GSU is a ground and pound team, not much on passing. ASU actually liked it when they passed against us.

Just because some young college kid who's probably nervous about being interviewed doesn't know where Northern Iowa is, that doesn't mean all Virginians are poor at geography. Now why don't you STFU and go surfing dude.

It's not that they didn't know where Northern Iowa or Cedar Falls was exactly on a map, that's a totally different task. It's that several players said they couldn't find Iowa on a map. All ribbing aside that Iowa is in the middle of nowhere, its basic elementary school geography. I'll even give them the benefit of the doubt and say they forgot their geography skills over the year...but one player thought Iowa was north of California on the West Coast C'MON MAN!!
