Buzz at a season ticket holders meeting last night was the Mackall & DT Zach Kerr are on their way to Newark from UMd. That would certainly strengthen our DL, where we lost some talent to graduation.

Yeah I'm pretty sure UD gets Mackall.

I could envision this thread on Mackall, should we call him the "Mack-Daddy" or the "Daddy-Mack"?

Should we just hand JMU the 2012 Championship now?

You're getting ahead of yourself here. If recent history has taught us anything, it's that JMU has seemingly the longest and most treacherous off season in FCS.

That said, if their roster can make it through the a long winter down at the truck stop, you can hand a title to whomever wins their last game of the regular season. Both squads are fixin for an opportunity to have an early coronation it appears.

It is not hard to find teams with players that get into trouble.Take Delaware for example, three players arrested for home invasion and armed robbery.

Sure, those kids got in trouble 6 years ago, and they got thrown off the team and put in jail.

Trouble can happen anywhere, which is why it doesn't make much sense to start handing out titles or betting on results at this point. Based upon the 2 altercations last year, and the positive drug test by the starting quarterback, I think I could be forgiven for thinking handing the Dukes at 2012 title seems premature.

I don`t know who handed us the NC Title. As you know our conference is very tough and with all the road games the CAA seems to get in the playoffs a title will have to be earned.I don`t see anything wrong with being excited about recruits and transfers. :D

Man, we're reaching with 5-year old stories? How long is the JMu laundry list since UD's last transgression you brought up? Surely double digits. And we don't put them back on the field either.

You'll need to learn how to bid competitively first. I mean, if you can't outbid EKU...
