Anyone that had the sports plan for satellite was able to watch the game. (aka most bars) I saw it in Fargo, ND. It was available through both Directv and Dish Network.

Way to go Jacks!
That was me, and for the record I picked NAU to win so no crow is headed in my direction. :thumb:

Congrats on the win Jack fans!

Obviously he didn't watch the game on ROOTS as viewers were texting in their locations from all across the country to 733733 and they were teleprompting the locations across the bottom of the screen during the game from all over the country. I'm in Austin Texas and we had a packed bar of TAMU fans prepping for the A&M game that followed rooting their brains out for Montana. (color scheme bias)

The fact of the matter is, a not very good team that chokes is going to have a hard time winning games purely on the big mouths of their posters on this magnificent forum. Use yesterdays game as a sterling example
Write the Griz off at your own peril. We suffered a similarly embarrassing defeat at the hands of Sac State last year, and went on to a national semifinal appearance. In spite of your ignorance, this is a talented team that isn't going to fold in the face of a little adversity.

They were out-coached and out-played in the second half. That doesn't mean they've given up on the season, or that they're a bad team.

Congrats on the big win, Jacks. Finally you broke through! :thumb:

Root Sports=Montana Sports Network, complete with all the Montana political ads. Maybe Griz fans need a "john tester" with all the puking going on yesterday.

DDG---take comfort. Ducks #2 in the AP. :thumb:

With so many good teams in the Big Sky this year, Montana is going to have a tough time making the playoffs.

You're welcome for the insight, it's on the house this time. And good luck to the Jacks on not choking away the rest of the season, as they're inclined to do.

How many downs have you played for the Jacks? It is a long season and many a team has beaten the Griz and crapped down their legs and won only a few more games the rest of the season - not making the playoffs. We will see what NAU is made of in the coming weeks

P.S. --> so you are saying the Griz choked and were not beaten by a good team in NAU???????

A back handed compliment is still a compliment, right? One game down for both NAU and UM with a whole lot to go.

Good weekend for you, then. Jacks beat Montana, Ducks beat UofA and get #2 in the AP.

We saw what the Jacks were made of a mere 24 hours ago, just like we saw what Montana was made of.

If your kid plays for the team, you're far from a bandwagon fan. You have more reason to be a rabid fan than the rest of us. I've been a Lumberjack fan since my first game in Flagstaff when a kid in 1986. I've seen three Lumberjack victories over U of M in my life. I attended the previous two victories in Flagstaff. Yesterday's on satellite @ a Griz sports bar was the sweetest. Tell your kid that the Jacks made a lot of Lumberjack alum's day.

I usually leave before it ends even if we win, as do a lot of people. Unless it comes down to the last play. Those pictures could be after a victory as well. :coffee:
