Let me know if I missed any:
Arkansas State 1-0
Army 0-1
Ball Sate 1-0
Central Michigan 1-0
Eastern Mich 0-0-1
Idaho 0-3
Iowa 0-2
Kansas 1-0
Kansas St 0-1
Mich State 0-2
Minnesota 1-5
Misouri 0-1
Northern Ill 2-0
Northwestern 0-1
San Diego St 0-1
Souther Miss 0-1
Texas Tech 0-0-1
Troy 0-1
Tulsa 0-1
Wisconsin 0-2
Wyoming 0-1
You're including games that were played in the 40's and 50's?
Since 1990 (all these teams were at 85 schollies when the Griz played them):
1990: Montana 22, Oregon State 15
1991: Lousiana Tech 21, Montana 11
1992: Washington State 25, Montana 13
1992: Kansas State 27, Montana 12
1993: Oregon 35, Montana 30
1995: Washington State 38, Montana 21
1996: Montana 35, Oregon State 14
1997: Wyoming 28, Montana 14
1999: Idaho 33, Montana 30
2000: Montana 45, Idaho 38
2001: Hawaii 30, Montana 12
2001: Montana 33, Idaho 27
2002: Montana 38, Idaho 31
2003: Montana 41, Idaho 28
2005: Oregon 47, Montana 14
2006: Iowa 41, Montana 7
So, that's 6 FBS wins since 1990 (6-10 record), and that doesn't count the 5 wins against BYU, 9 against Boise State, the 6 against Colorado State, the 1 against U of A, the 1 against Abeline Christian, the 1 against Hawaii, the OTHER 23 against Idaho, the 1 against Marshall, the 4 against Nevada, 1 against UNLV, 4 against New Mexico, 1 against Northern Illinois, 1 against Texas Tech, 8 against Utah State, 1 against Washington and 2 against Washington State---all current FBS (or BCS) teams.
Perhaps now you see why it's not a huge deal?
Probably not.
