New turf at the Alerus Center

In a properly equiped indoor facility, such as the insanely popular Fabulous Fargo Dome, football is played in perfect conditions. As a result the best football is played inside. A lot of fans feel that bad weather is good for their team because they are used to the harsh conditions outside. Of course they are looking for an advantage. At NDSU the only advantages we want and need are superior facilities and fans, superior coaching, superior athletes, superior training and superior knowledge and execution of the game.

Football inside is where the game is played to perfection.

But I digress:

Back to the questions:

1) why is the alerus paying a million dollars more than the Fabulous Fargo Dome for the same product?

2) Is it appropriate for the taxpayers in the state to pick up part of the tab.

Yet another expample of hate from a hate filled man, a product of the hate filled culture of the Big Sky Conference.

Apparently the alerus is spending 1 million more than similar installs at other schools, it will be interesting to see how much participation the Alerus gets out of UND/ND taxpayers. The full million is of course right up there with the costs of a typical University presidents house or maybe a corporate jet being used for intra-state travel?

It wouldnt be surprising if the premium is simply the result of bad management, the Alerus center is a dismal financial failure. Unfortunately without some type of explanation all possibilites remain realistic. There has been a pattern of deception with the SBOHO, just as Chief-talks-a-Lot was mentioning in his radio interview the other day about the irregularities with the SBOHE and the institutions themselves.
