UND's defense looked really good that half.

I agree. Then again, that's wasn't exactly what I would call the most inspired half of football I've ever seen us play. Very flat for most of the game so far.

I'm not surprised this wasn't an offensive barnburner. Both teams' biggest weakness is run D, but they're both pass-first teams with weak running games.

EWU & UND each threw for over 300, but only ran for about 150 combined. EWU won turnovers 4-0.

EWU averaged 190 yards on the ground going into this game. I wouldn't call that a weak running game.

I wasn't really surprised with the score, either. I thought we'd score more in the first half, but EWU seemed to run very vanilla schemes the entire game. I guess it worked, because we controlled the TOP and went +4 on TO's.
