Can someone explain to me what a CCU grad has for options other than Parking NAZI Ticket enforcer or crack whore?

Like anywhere else, it depends on the major, grizza. A CCU B.S. in Marine Science, for example, has a VERY good chance of helping out our ocean's animals. They even have a pretty good M.S. in Coastal Marine and Wetlands Studies and Ph.D. in Marine Science with a concentration in Coastal and Marine Systems Science.

Sorry to bust up your smack, grizza. But CCU IS a pretty good school, particularly for majors like that....

I'm guessing you got a ticket from a meter maid that went to Coastal?

Coastal to the Sun Belt?

Here is a tweet from the Sun Belt Commissioner commenting on expansion:
Have we had conversation with Coastal Carolina and others? Yes. That’s all I can say.

There's been some talk going back and forth. The Sun Belt has approached Coastal Carolina.
Coastal Carolina officials have had conversations with the Sun Belt Conference regarding a possible future move to that league, Coastal Carolina Athletics Director Matt Hogue confirmed Thursday.

The story was first reported Wednesday by The (Lafayette, La.) Advertiser. In the story, Sun Belt commissioner Karl Benson was quoted as saying that the conference had spoken to Coastal Carolina among other schools about possible membership.

The conversations are only preliminary at this point, Hogue said, adding that it’s hard to know how soon a move could be made. Hogue said whenever situations like this come up, the school is always willing to take a look at what’s in the best interest of the university.

Realistically, a move like this could take a few years to happen. A lot of details have to be considered, and decisions have to be made by athletics officials along with the university’s president and board of trustees. Among the things they’d have to consider is an expansion of the football stadium, which has a current capacity of about 9,200. The average attendance requirement for FBS membership is 15,000 over a two-year span.

Sun Belt leaders initially reached out to Coastal Carolina officials within the last few weeks

Coastal is already pretty competitive in most other sports but attendance and stadium size will have to increase before CCU could become a football partner. I'm not sure I like the idea of going to the FBS, just as we have begun to be competitive in the the FCS.

Good news for CCU, big setback for JMU I'd think.

JMU's is self-inflicted. I think they have ACC delusions and half a great stadium.
