And there's the blueprint for beating NDSU:

Set fires around your stadium.

What a way to start the College Football Season. Great game to watch, although my team lost.

Congrats to the Griz!

That, and blizzards seem to do the trick.

Great win for the Big Sky.

When the Griz clean up that sloppiness they will be very good. It will be like the days of the "Air Bear" again.

I think the Griz will be very good this year. Their defense was tough when 8t had to be and they seem to have adjusted well to Stitt's offense. But NDSU will still be the team to beat at end of season. It would not surprise me to see these teams meet again deep in the playoffs.

Yeah. Griz D looked great in the 2nd half. We'll see how NDSU reacts to this game. I still think NDSU is a great team, just glad someone was able to show they are not invincible. And playing in Wa-Griz is tough for any team. The Griz looked good....

Ha! What a goddamn game. Last touchdown was right in front of us. Never thought anything would top App State in 2009, but I think this one did. :notworthy:

So I did some looking and there isn't going to be a replay? WTF? I am going to have to get a copy from a friend now because I was a dummie and forgot to set my DVR.

Well then. I will plug in my HD and start the recording.

NDSU just has to be kicking themselves. They had so many chances to put it away & they bungled it every time. With the ball up 4 and 2:30 to go, they can't even force Montana to use a single timeout. :ohno:

Montana's second-half defense was the real key to this win. Allowing just 7 points against a really good offense after giving up 28 in the opening period was quite impressive.
