Bull crap! The zebras are trying to hand this game to the Griz on a silver platter. Ugh!

7 Montana leads 3 Sacramento State 24-17
Sentkowski FG after two Griz PI calls, some missed Griz penalties, and a high pass in the end zone that could have been picked were it not for an alert Hornet receiver.

O'Hara scores after a huge 4th and 4 conversion. I think this game's going to overtime.

Taylor got a bit too cutesy. Should have just kicked it....

Griz defense keyed on Skattebo toss sweep, but it was a fake!

Congrats to Sac, you had to cheap shot our QB and get a bullshit call by the officials.

Re: Week 8 FCS Scores
I would say that was a gut punch loss for the Griz, but it was really more of a ball punch loss.
Troy Taylor is clearly a Chosen One of the Gods.

Re: Week 8 FCS Scores
Don't count the Griz out yet. I just looked at their remaining schedule. They have a peer game against Weber next week, and then two easy games against Cal Poly and EWU (well, EWU will be easy for the Griz, anyway) before the Brawl of the Wild. I think we're still going to see the Griz in the playoffs....

Re: Week 8 FCS Scores
I think it was probably incomplete, but it's hard to tell if his back foot was still on the ground when he caught it… and then that brings up the whole debate of what exact millisecond possession is officially established.
If they had ruled it incomplete originally, it would've almost certainly been upheld that way too.

He didn't even have both hands on the ball until his left foot touched (out of bounds).Mvemjsunpx wrote: ↑Sun Oct 23, 2022 12:14 amI think it was probably incomplete, but it's hard to tell if his back foot was still on the ground when he caught it… and then that brings up the whole debate of what exact millisecond possession is officially established.

Re: Week 8 FCS Scores
Well, your team cheap-shotted our QB, so as long as he's out, we're probably in trouble. Hope this is the year you guys finally don't suck shit in the playoffs, but if you have to play like that in order to win, good luck.SuperHornet wrote: ↑Sat Oct 22, 2022 11:55 pm Don't count the Griz out yet. Re: Week 8 FCS Scores
Jackson St barely defeated Campbell in their Homecoming game.I glad they glad that they had difficult opponent so they can see that the rest of the season will not be a cakewalk.I wished that the SWAC would return to the FCS PLAYOFFS to see what non-conference teams are like.
