I don't think pointing to the sky qualifies as taunting, at least not under the old rules. Nowhad he done a flip, or turned around at the one yard line and waited for someone to get close to him before he stepped in he may have been called for taunting

But the frame grabs are so shitty that a determination can't be definitively made in either so direction, so I'd say those "pics" aren't worth more than the compliments you pay Grizo when he's bein' a little prude.
Sure it does SE, sure it does.

They were simple screen caps so they ain't great for sure but if you look at where his foot is on the hash mark and then there is still more distance between the hash and the sideline then it seems pretty clear that he didn't. It is better on the video when you freeze it but that's as good as I make a screen cap. You still wanna hang on that thread then be my guest but you definitely don't sound as cock sure as you were right after the game.

Which is similar to what happened on the call against EWU but it was a total bullshit call. Dude was just giving a 1/2 effort and slowing down because no one was close to him. He wasn't trying to show anyone up but they flagged him for it. The refs had a bad, bad day. EWU did get away with two more blocks in the backs on returns than we did but we got away with one as well.

No excuses, we lost. And yeah, there were bad calls made on both sides. But the reality is that Montana clearly benefited from an extremely poorly officiated game. The BSC even came out and acknowledged this, which is pretty much unheard of. If this were not the case, why would they come out and make a statement to that effect?

Let me guess, it's because Fullerton is a Bobcat, and hates the Griz, right?

Anyway, all in good fun. :thumb:
You want to see it as Montana "clearly benefittying" then there ain't a lot I can do to help ya.
I do, and Montana did. Believe me, I'm not trying to take anything away from Montana. But I think you and I both know that either team could have won that game. My point is that in a game that close, the winning team should be decided on the field and not by the refs.

In reference to the Mariani return, those stills don't show anything. I've watched the replay a few times since that game, and in my opinion, it looks like he stepped out. I know you won't agree, but why would you?

Anyway, I'm over it. There's always next year. :thumb:

We've clearly benefited so many times that I again must say that it is beautiful that you could have such a bright outlook for the future.

Hell we dominate at your place more than we dominate at ours. No sense waiting...may as well start working on the excuse framework now.

I have to LOL every time BlackFalkin posts smack crap with that POS high school stadium in his sig. That stadium is the equivalent of MSU-Moorhead's stadium. Then posting smack about a win from five years ago, when the Griz have beaten his team every year since then. Not to mention the fact that Central Washington would probably beat EWU on a regular basis. OOOHHH!!! We got red turf!!! Look at us!!! We're soooo cool!!! Too bad the rest of your stadium is a joke.

You averaged 5,336 fans per game last year, EWU. PATHETIC. My team already has over 2,000 more season ticket holders than that, and we're still 4 months from kickoff, and we haven't even released our full schedule yet!!

(NOTE: This post is only intended for one certain EWU fan, and not the others.)

(This post might be a little too smacky.)

Never too smacky when it's a BF thread. He likes to have some fun and posts incendiary stuff just to get things rolling. He's good like that. He is not a whiner and as far as I ever remember is not an excuse maker either.

#1. Red turf. EWU making history and NDSU isnt.
#2. EWU winning and NDSU not so much.
#3. EWU in the playoffs, NDSU not.
#4. EWU getting a new playing surface & video board. NDSU, same ol crap.
#5. EWU getting additional stadium upgrades. NDSU sitting still.
#6. EWU Buck Buchanon Winner, Walter Payton Winner. Im sure NDSU hasnt accomplish that.
#7. I've got EWU rings on my fingers, you've got impotent c0ck rings.

Point is your jealous of EWU's new limited-fame & how they COMPETE LIKE CHAMPS no matter how many fans show up. The players cant control the stadium size or attendance. If you weren't an idiot you'd know Woodward used to only be a one sideline seated stadium with no box, a CRAPPY locker room & grass. Now look at it. Reguardless of attendance, NDSU will NEVER catch EWU. Stop being a jealous, Bison-worshiping, Eagle hater. You better check that sig you silly bastard.

Do they seriously get rings for conference titles? I guess teams that don't win the conference on a yearly basis do that to celebrate their one great year. Teams like Montana, who has won what 17 straight, and UNI (14 out of 25) don't do shit like that.

Clenz, it is a few less than 17. You might be thinking of consecutive playoff appearances. I cannot remember.

But to discuss the rings that BF has. I have talked with many many people and we all have been convinced that the "rings" that he has are actually rings from a Carousel and he got a few while sitting on the outside horse.

You are right, my fault. 14 straight conference titles, and 15 of the last 16 conference titles. The only year they didn't win the conference was 1997

Ursus, I do like what you have done with your sig. I really do. It just doesn't have the same appeal as the old one, and on top of that, as I am reading posts and I see BlackFalkin's name in your sig I make the correlation that his post is what I am reading. It is totally fucking me up. I would respectively request you repair that puppy.
