Cosh was the OC for 2-9 Western Michigan this past season. He was the OC at Richmond the previous year, and the OC at VMI before that. Pretty underwhelming hire, IMO.
Lol I remeber him 1 season at JMU, where he barely saw the field, if at all. Think was 3rd string QB that season. 4 colleges in 5 seasons.
Cosh played five seasons of college football as a quarterback, playing at Houston (2013-14), Butler Community College (2012), James Madison (2011) and Kansas State (2010).
He must be only around 31..
Proud deplorable Ultra MAGA fascist NAZI trash clinging to my guns and religion (and whatever else I’ve been labeled by Obama/Clinton/Biden/Harris).

Campbell, who a decade ago hired a former NFL star minimal coaching experience as head coach before it became the in-thing in FCS, will have to decide on a new football leader. Minter went 49-66 in 11 seasons with the Fighting Camels while the school played in 3 difference conferences. He never posted a record better than 6-5.

The bitching was because he doesn't run a 22 offense where it is dives and traps 85% of the time with the extreme majority of the passing game being to TE and FB in the flat like it's 1979 again.

The last play against Montana was a prime example.

Ed Reed is looking at the opening for Texas Southern Fred McNair was turned away from stories that I have heard.
Alcorn won't be bringing McNair back, regardless. They promoted defensive-coordinator Cedric Thomas to head coach. Thomas went 8-14 in 2 seasons at Pine Bluff at the end of the 2010s.
Joseph, who was the interim coach at Nebraska for most of 2022, is now the head man at Grambling. Possible controversy as Joseph was charged with domestic assault with strangulation around the end of his time at Nebraska (the charges were dropped).
I missed this one last week, but Jaguar interim coach Terrence Graves was given the full job. His entire head-coaching history thus far (all interim) consists of 2 Bayou Classics, where his record is 2-0 (1 win with each team).
Willis, who was the assistant head coach at Princeton the past 6 seasons (also OC for the last 3), is moving a little ways north for the top job in Poughkeepsie. This will be his first season as a coach or player anywhere other than Princeton since he was in high school.
Gennetti, who was an assistant at Merrimack the past 19 seasons, the DC for the past 13, and the assistant head coach for the past 11, is now finally the head coach.

The Tigers went with former Houston Oilers (among other teams) CB Cris Dishman as their new head coach. A semi-random hire: he's a former NFL starter for TSU's former hometown NFL team, but he's hardly a household name and he's never been anything beyond a DBs coach.

Harvard's Tim Murphy retired after 29 seasons. He posted a record of 200-89 with 10 Ivy League titles and 3 undefeated seasons ('01, '04, '14). Adding in his stints at Maine & Cincinnati, Murphy went 232-134-1 over 36 seasons with a playoff appearance in 1987.
The Bears replaced Drew Cronic with DII Lenoir-Rhyne head coach Mike Jacobs. Jacobs has posted a gaudy 74-17 record coaching L-R and Notre Dame (OH) over the last 8 seasons.

With San Jose State looking for a coach Idaho and Montana State should be nervous. We coud see some Big Sky openings!
Those worries are now gone. San Jose State hired former Navy HC Ken Niumataolo, a known proponent of the triple option, which apparently caused Brock Purdy's baby brother Chubba to decommit in the portal out of Nebraska and commit to Nevada instead. Odd given that Nevada is in the same league as San Jose State and Niumataolo has pledged to find an OC with an offense more modern than the triple option....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
