Broadcasters poll? How many vote in the Sports Network Poll already? Since you sponsor this site I guess it is fine and dandy. It is a poll, the second put out this year. Congrats Appalachian State!

ralph, your bitterness and contempt for this site are showing. Why don't you go back to AGS and stay there with all your sycophants and minions. You can't be a control freak here.

Sounds like Ralph's starting to feel it all slip away...

I don't think that posts like those are going to keep your donors around, Ralph. It's not just the content we donate for, it's the total package. Representing yourself in other forums in such a manner isn't helping your cause...

I just believe to have a fair poll you should have a OVC rep or maybe two or three as you have other conferences. Do you feel the OVC will get fairly represented by other conference voters? I also find it odd that only the OVC announcers were out during the summer but not any other playoff conference.
I am sorry if you think my response is not believable, but every effort was made. We also have no reps from the SWAC. An effort was made to bring in a voter from that conference as well.
Broadcasters poll?
Yes, it is a broadcasters poll. People that broadcast football games vote in our poll.

PS....I don't see why it matters. The OVC has two teams that are ranked. It is not bothering me. The CAA only has 2 reps and they have more teams. They have almost double the amount than the Gateway and the Gateway has 3 voters. The Great west has 5 schools and 2 voters. It will all work out in the end.

Because chris knows it's ralph and has been in communication with him through PM's.

Some may say that the CAA is an overrated conference but they have won 2 of the past 4 NCAA titles, App. St. won the other two. So until other conferences step up and win a championship things won't be changing. The CAA will have many teams ranked and App. St. will be #1 until people knock them off. There are very good conferences out there and many times teams beat up on themselves in the conference games and have too many losses to make the playoffs, even when they are good teams. Going into each year there are conferences that have 4 teams that have a legit chance to win a championship but one or two of them don't make the playoffs because of tough their conference is...

Very logical response. I'd like to be in a region where we could schedule Patriot and Ivy League schools on a regular basis instead of watching the Great West feast on us and once in a while we can get a Gateway or Southland team to venture out here. It'll be interesting to see how the Dakotas impact the Gateway and that magic fourth loss scenario you mentioned.

You aren't fooling anyone Ralph. You are scared Ralph, scared of competition, scared of losing your reign on the FCS, and scared of what Chris is creating.
Give this site time Ralph, and you will see what I am talking about.
