Jesus, I hope not. I can't take another game like today's against SDSU. Hopefully, that game will finally make the Griz realize that they need to start playing football in the 1st quarter and not the 3rd. They got away with slow starts during the regular season, but it almost cost them today. If the Griz played anywhere near as well in the 1st half as they do in the 2nd half, they'd be unstoppable.

They are almost unwatchable in the 1st half... :wall:

I can't wait for this game! We played a very subpar game and hung on to beat a good EWU team. Sounds like Montana had their share of struggles as well. Should be an interesting matchup, as I believe the Jacks will come to play in Grizland. If Moses can stop throwing interceptions this should be a very competive game. Hopefully the Lumberjacks take some time to rest this week because we had a lot of players get banged up against EWU. I wish I could make it to Montana but that's a hell of a trip from Nacogdoches!

SFA has a good offense, somewhat similiar to EWU, but with less of a running game, and slightly better receivers than EWU (without Boyce.)

I really don't expect this to be a high scoring game - I think the Griz will pound it out and play ball-control. Also, Moses is turnover prone, and the Griz will capitalize on those TO's better than EWU did today.

The stats of today's game indicate Pervis of SFA had 125 yards rushing to 118 for EWU's Jones so it does not appear their running game is any less.

Should be an interesting matchup. Can a SLC team finally win at Montana? Can the Griz keep coming back after sleeping in the first half?

Yesterday was an anomaly. Over the course of the season (before yesterday's game) Pervis was averaging about 68 a game.

SFA Will Take Montana To The Wire, All The Pressure is On Montana, Just Like It Was Last Week. I Think The Jacks Will Be Ready To Play. Montana Beat E. Washington 41-34. We beat E. Washington 44-33. Both Games Were At home! Montana Also Let South Dakota State Get A Big Lead On Them. That Historic 4th Quarter Comeback Will not Happen Against SFA. They Will have To Play All 4 Quarters. Im Taking SFA....
SFA 38 Montana 31

SFA wins this by 2 scores. I'll call that 10 points.

I have no reason to be worried about that game.....

And seriously - It Takes A Concerted Effort To Type With All Capital Letters For An Entire Thought.

I just find it interesting. No offense meant.

Don't be so nice to him after he was such a dick. Screw him and his capital letters. he does it to hide the fact he's a moron (there just giving him something to actually take offense with) :kisswink:

Careful, you keep picking against the Griz and they will decline your invitation to be the dominant team in the CAA West...either that or their whole conference schedule will consist of the CAA North... (and be a cakewalk again>>>>)

One theory on eGriz, is that the Jacks let Montana get up by three TDs. The Griz will be so unaccustomed to having a lead, they will forget to come out in the second half and the Jacks win by default.
My theory is that if the Griz get up by two scores in the first half, the second half will be one 12:30 minute drive by the Griz, followed by one 2:30 minute drive by the Jacks, and repeat for the fourth quarter.
