Chattanooga vs. Pasadena

Needless to say it's been a good year sports-wise.
Chatty = more expensive flight, cheaper game.
Pasadena = cheaper flight, more expensive game.
Rose Bowl vs. FCS title game
Ducks vs Griz
The real deal-breaker/winner will be time off work. I'll keep you updated!

I went to the Rose Bowl last year when Southern Cal beat Penn State. It was an incredible experience, and I think every football fan should take it in at least one at some point in their lives. The parade was pretty cool too. I hate USC and I'm not a Penn State fan and I still had a great time.

-It's 10 minutes north of West Hollywood - party central - great rock shows all over
- Hotels in Burbank are super cheap

Pasadena - easy.
I attended the Jan '95 ('94 season) Rose Bowl where undefeated Penn State thumped Oregon and the '03 I-AA championship game where Delaware thumped Colgate.
Go to SoCal my man.

I was at the Rose Bowl in the late 80's (yes I'm
that old) to watch USC play UCLA. It was an amazing experience; weather, pageantry, traffic and parking (horrific), etc. But there's no way in hell I'd give up a trip to Chatty to see the NC game to go there. There's a Rose Bowl every year but in spite of my desire to believe so, the Griz do not make it to the championship game every year.

This may be the last year in Chatty. Don't think Frisco, Texas would have the same atmosphere.

I know what 'big time' is little buddy - I've been in plenty 'big time' environments like I said - Rose Bowls, NBA Finals, World Series', huge games at huge FBS stadiums - like I said, I know what I'm talking about. Okay chief?
