I was googling something and didn't notice the link was to AGS. The message now says
"Sorry, AGS is unavailable at the moment due to the webiste being moved to a different host."

No reason to go back. We have a good board here. I sure won't be on AGS again. CS.com is a great place to talk FCS!

CS.com is the only FCS board I need. We need to see a more visible FCS news site though.

Again I say...big fuckin whoop.
If you want to anyone wants to keep going back to a place that stole money from them, lied to them over and over, kept more secrets than the fucking government, ruled the board like a fucking dictator, and allowed almost zero freedom go fucking a head. I don't want to hear those people fucking bitch when the same treatment happens again, if the new owner doesn't appreciate the FCS and runs the board like shit.
CS.com is the best board out there. What problems has anyone had here....ever? Um...I can think of one where someone made a child rape joke at the expense of the Catholic church that was erased and that's it.

You guys sure love to talk about AGS based on the different threads and numerous posts.
If you think something is dead and you poke it with a stick and it does not move, it's dead. Especially when you've been doing it for SEVERAL weeks.
We'll see if it comes back. I have not heard a *peep*.

Been to College Sporting News? They have re-done things to some degree, but apparently people are viewing it and hopefully - soon enough - more content!

Any chance you can get LFN (Chuck) over here TT? The guy is always good for stirring the post, especially the PL pot.

The funny thing is - especially as of late - when I talk to Chuck, we do not talk about FCS football!
Can tell you one thing, he's as happy as I am about the Saints' victory. Myron Hosea posted a blog. Hope we see more from him, Kent Schmidt and a few of the other CSN writers.
Blogs are the way to go nowadays.

Or if AGS does come back up we could all volunteer to be mods - dibs on Mod69...

Have you guys thought about posting links to your blog entries over here when they go up, like CSN-Info used to do at AGS.
That goes even if AGS ever does come back online.
I don't think anyone here would mind and I'm sure a lot of people here are avid CSN readers during the season.

I've posted links to blog entries in their own threads or in threads pertaining to said subject. You may have overlooked that - but the blogs are getting some decent readership. A few have several hundred views...

If AGS comes back online, I'd hope that the CSN presence over here would continue. I think it'd be great if both boards had links to the blogs, stories - since we're all trying to be a more engaged FCS audience.

I've seen them, but I haven't seen anything from Chuck or any of the other writers (who haven't written any blogs in a while though).
My point is that I'm sure there are a lot of people that only read CSN articles after they got linked on AGS. I think it would be beneficial to CSN to link here as well.

To paraphrase Twain, we didn't get to attend its funeral, but since its passing we've sent lots of nice letters saying we approved of it. And I would have gladly went to its funeral, too, if only to verify, in fact, that the damn thing really was dead (apologies to Sam Goldwyn)

The message changed to, "Sorry, AGS is unavailable at the moment due to the website being moved to a different server."
What's that mean?

That GD Bench stole my old sig from AGS!!
I did credit Twain for his handywork as well though.
