Last year Richmond had Hightower start for the Cardinals at RB (that was last year wasn't it, I'm losing my memory all the suddden...must be Da' Goose)

This Hofstra has Colston starting at WR (Saints) and William & Mary has Sharper starting at DB (Saints)

Good recruiting material :thumb:

Go CAA/FCS

Yep, we are well repped

Oddly enough (or not) the only team I have found, so far, without any FCS players is Seattle
What's that tell ya?
(Did all the NFC and have 4 teams done in the AFC.)

FYI...

Ralph Wallace of College Sporting News covered the FCS influence in the Super Bowl over there. Check it out! ;)

I'll get right on that.

Aren't you glad no one deletes your links to other FCS sites on this website? Maturity is refreshing, no?

Why would I need to do that when I already put the info on here?

Not surprising at all. On ESPN the Saints have 68 players listed, the Colts have 64. Thats probably typical of other NFL teams. The roster includes practice squad and those on IR. Only 53 are allowed on an active roster, so 15 of those on the Saints roster and 11 on the Colts weren't even dressed, much less played. Only 10-15% of NFL rosters being former I-AA guys isn't surprising at all.

And Drew Brees almost went to Brown! Supposedly Purdue offered him at the last minute.

The Starting Left Tackle for the NO Saints is Jermon Bushrod from Towson University. So the Saints had 3 from the CAA, Colston, Sharper and Bushrod!
