Best in FCS?? That's a stretch. Penn's defense won the Ivy title for it this year. Its O didn't put up too many points.

Agreed. He may be the best in the Ivy's but I'd tale the freshman from Wagner (Nick Doscher) over the Penn QB and I wouldn't even begin to call Doscher the best in the FCS.
