You started it.

But my point still stands.

You can't really say that Drake is a better program than North Dakota.
I never said that. But I also never used the transitive argument to try and make my point either. :coffee: :coffee:
"You" was in the general sense.

Transitive argument > factless argument > no argument.

Thus transitive argument > no argument.

Funny how twelve posts later we're arguing the same thing.

Drake was pretty decent last year though. They'll hang with MSU well, but in the end, as is the case in most road non-scholly vs. scholly games, the depth will beat them.

And there you go. Drake <> UND.

Just to add more chaos to this thread, UND did beat CP 31-17 last season.

If the Cats don't go at least 8-3 with that schedule, there's something wrong.

The best part is no matter who they schedule OOC or which games are home or away, EWU will still beat them. :D

I agree that if the Cats don't make the playoffs this year Ash should be under heavy fire

We will finish no worse than 8-3 and one of those wins will be over EWU. Gurantee :thumb:

That is quite some level of optimism. It's been 26 years since MSU has had a record that good. We'l see; cupcakes aside, MSU always manages to lose a couple they shouldn't.

What was MSU's record against EWU for the past 10 years?

I think it is a fact that every thread about a Big Sky team on this site quickly turns into a smackfest

Probably because most of the Big Sky chat involves the Cats, Griz, or both.

But, EWU is starting to generate some talk, because they're installing a RED fucking football field.

Well, that puts them in quite the quandry, then. If the Eags will dish out their annual beatdown, and of course the sCats will lose to the Griz, and most likely Wazzu, that leaves them NO room for error. They'll have to go 6-2 in conference. And we ALL know that ain't happenin'.... :coffee:

With the number of starters returning and some fundamental and basic offensive adjustments, I fully expect this team to get at least one more win this season. We also picked up a backup kicker and all flu shots are up to date for the EWU game ;)

If MSU beats Wazzu but still finishes 7-4 (somehow), I'd bet they still get an at-large

I'd have no doubt that they would either, especially with 2 extra at large bids this year.
