2007: CSN preseason Third team All-American. Moving from DE to LB.

2006: Recorded 51 Tackles, 9.5 TFL, 7 sacks, 10 QBH, 3 FF, 1 FR and 1 block kick as a redshirt freshman.

High School: Recorded 81 tackles, including 40 solo stops and 9 sacks as a senior under head coach Armando Gonzales at Dos Pueblos High School ... also recovered a fumble, on offense caught 27 passes for 474 yards and two scores and rushed seven times for 82 yards and a score ... first team All-Channel League defensive end, team MVP and listed as the states No. 7 prep linebacker in the state of California by the Los Angles Times ... as a junior, earned first team All-League and All-CIF Southern Section honors and was named team defensive MVP leading the Chargers to the CIF-Southern Section Playoffs ... earned second team All-League as a sophomore ... also lettered in basketball ... named Elks Student of the Month ... earned U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award as well as 200 percent community service award ... visited Colorado State and Nevada before chosing Cal Poly.

Montana State (2007) Enters the fall as a projected starter, either at extra safety or at one of the linebacker spots. (2006) Earned second team All-Big Sky honors last fall… registered 63 tackles, tied for fifth on the team, with 6.5 for a loss and three sacks… broke up one pass… had 11 tackles, 1.5 for a loss, and a half-sack against NAU… blocked a kick in the Grizzly game… registered 2.5 sacks against Weber State. (2005) Had an outstanding sophomore season, registering 79 tackles, third on the team... intercepted an Idaho State pass and returned it 15 yards for a touchdown... posted six tackles-for-loss on the season, including a pair of sacks... broke up six passes... had a season-high 15 tackles at Weber State. (2004) Played in all 11 games as a reserve linebacker and special teams ace... registered 22 solo tackles and 11 assists, with one for a loss... intercepted one pass and broke up three others... had nine tackles and intercepted a pass against Montana... recorded five tackles with three pass breakups against Idaho State. (2003) Redshirt... earned Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year honors. The Dalles A two-way star at The Dalles (OR) High, earning all-conference honors as a junior and senior, and second team all-state kudos as a senior at linebacker... was also an all-conference and second team all-state running back as a senior... was an all-state performer in the shot put and discus throw... was his school’s Male Athlete of the Year as a senior.
