Now before we get eleventy billion pics of WaGriz I'd like to be very specific in my request.

Does anyone have pictures on Montana's endzone club seating area (inside and outside)?

???? The endzones are not inside..... Do you mean the new expansion area?

Some folks, myself being one, have never seen the stadium in all of its glory. This thread should help lots and lots of posters out in that regard.

I believe there ia a premium seating section around one of the endzones. The next logical place for ASU to expand would be the north endzone and thought I could share Montana's design with some people at ASU.

The only enclosed seating in the stadium is the boxes and the new expansion has a little area that is enclosed with food/drink. Maybe I am not getting at what you are saying.

This pic is of the new expansion but it is on the east side, not the north.

This is a view into the north endzone...

This is the only pic I could find (I know there are more out there) from just inside the expansion.

I don't recall the stadium feature that you're talking about but here are a few pics that might help:

Griz ROTC doing push ups in the endzone after a Griz TD
Image

Sambrano's winning TD catch in the endzone
Image

Another TD by the Griz, not a really good view of the endzone though
Image

Griz RB Reynolds running for a TD, endzone is kinda visible in the background

Hope this helps.

Sorry for goin' off-topic, but Is that a different Griz helmet in the avatar? It looks really dark; I don't like it.

It's supposedly a sample for testing during spring ball. Not an official design change.

Be thankful that this board lacks Richmond and Nova fans, or you might be getting "endzone club seating" pics of a different stadium...

RICHMOND and NOVA lack Richmond and Nova fans. Why should this board be any different?

You act like a Griz fan started this thread  ...Besides, Montana stuck it the endzone just as many times as 'Nova...maybe you forgot about that

Perhaps I was misinformed. I thought Montana had some indoor seating in one of the endzones. Maybe there are just seats in the endzones with a covered area for concessions.

ASU in the next few years will likely look for an area for more premium seating, potentially in the north endzone and was hoping to see how Montana did theirs (if they had any).

You were misinformed....perhaps you haven't seen enough pictures of the stadium itself? :kisswink: :kisswink: :kisswink:

I've seen the "new helmet" up close, and it looks a whole lot better in person! I understand and respect the fact that some folks aren't gonna' like it, but I'm one of the fans that does!!

I liked it up until the spring scrimmage that I went to, and saw it from the perspective of a fan in the stadium and then I didn't care for it as much, too dark and can't see the emblem. I like the emblem, I want to see it on the helmet. I hope if they do change the helmet to that color or some variation that they will make the logo visible, perhaps change the logo to a bright silver or something.

Saint, what you may be referring to is the North EZ. There is no indoor seating per se but the thing extends up and out from the field to the street and all the area underneath that is concessions, bathrooms and so forth. It is all "open air" and the NEZ is basically a big awning if you look at it like that I suppose.

Here's a 360 video I took at the UM-App game that will show you what the whole stadium looks like.

Maybe you should be more informed and just come out here and witness the GRIZ in all of their glory. :thumb: :notworthy: I am currently in negotiations with Rob in getting his ass out here for a game.....maybe you could piggy back with him. :thumb:

I plan on coming out for the regular season matchup in a couple of years, hope you guys do the same. Couldn't make the playoff game due to timing.
