lol. The name got me a little too.
But he will be huge for the program b/c the vast majority of FCS programs would have welcomed him. He'll be here for the next 3 years and he should be able to help bring in some good recruits in the coming years.
Watch out for GSU.

Dude is a thug. Vast majority of FCS wouldn't have welcomed him. Maybe a third.
Re: Alabama quarterback Jackson transferring to GSU
Proof is need b/c Jackson has NEVER gotten into any criminal trouble. I would fire your sources if I was you. He did have a brief academic trouble, but that wouldn't warrant going to jail for.eagleskins wrote:Dude is a thug. Vast majority of FCS wouldn't have welcomed him. Maybe a third.

Get a life man.

Now, I just realized this is from a G. Southern fan. Fully explains this nonsense.

Like a Georgia Southern fan has room to talk about "thugs."eagleskins wrote:Dude is a thug. Vast majority of FCS wouldn't have welcomed him. Maybe a third.

Monken knew the guy was trouble and signed him anyway. And you can't point to a single thing in Star Jackson's history to warrant calling him a "thug."

It was only a matter of time before this stain showed up on a national FCS board. Good thing is he never sat in a single GSU classroom; and never will.GA St. MBB Fan wrote:Like a Georgia Southern fan has room to talk about "thugs."eagleskins wrote:Dude is a thug. Re: Alabama quarterback Jackson transferring to GSU
We had a qb transfer from Alabama to UMass in my playing days. He was # 3 on "Bama's depth chart as well. The kid never saw a down on the field @ UMass for 3 years. The kid might be a stud or bust for Georgia State. Good luck to him and I hope he enjoys building a program from scratch, if he plays...
