It good to have more than one UMass grad playing RB in the NFL...AZGrizFan wrote:That's good news for Marcel. Yeah....it DOES sound like (after listening to Coach on the radio this a.m.) that Hightower is definitely the #2 back. But I'm guessin' that all along, it was a battle for the #3 slot between Baylark and Shipp....dbackjon wrote:Even worse, a Richmond GradAZGrizFan wrote: That's good news for Marcel. A short article in the Houston paper's web site doesn't say it directly...but it sounds like this could be just a temporary stop for Shipp...dbackjon wrote:AZGrizFan wrote: Yeah....it DOES sound like (after listening to Coach on the radio this a.m.) that Hightower is definitely the #2 back. Probably. And at 1.75 million, Shipp lost the numbers game.
Which idiots were you listening too?AZGrizFan wrote:So I was listening to local sports talk radio on my way home yesterday afternoon (around 5:00) and they were talking about Hightower and Marcel Shipp...one of the guys asked "Did Marcel land anywhere?" and neither knew the answer....I called the station to tell them "at cs.com, WE know the answer! And we knew it this morning!" but they wouldn't take my call. Bastards.
Who else...Gambo and Ash...dbackjon wrote:Which idiots were you listening too?AZGrizFan wrote:So I was listening to local sports talk radio on my way home yesterday afternoon (around 5:00) and they were talking about Hightower and Marcel Shipp...one of the guys asked "Did Marcel land anywhere?" and neither knew the answer....I called the station to tell them "at cs.com, WE know the answer! 910 has one - it is ok. Actually don't mind Gambo and Ash too much, except when NY is involvedAZGrizFan wrote:Is there any other local talk show in the p.m.?dbackjon wrote: Idiot Gambo, NAU alum Ash brings the intelligence (as it where).
