Did UNH's Win Over Army Impress You?

Since New Hampshire beat one of FBS' worst programs in Army, I was curious to see what others thought of this win. yes, Army is an FBS program--in name only--and yes they have 22 more scholarships. How many of those players do you think would make an impact at our level? I say that, even with the 22 extra scholarships, Army would win maybe 6-7 games if it were an FCS program.
What say you?

Yea, it did, because I did not think the Wildcats were at the same level as last year...

It would be like Montana beating Idaho, or Cal Poly beating SDSU or NoDak State beating Minnesota. Not that impressive.

It's somewhat impressive due to the loss of some good players and all so I voted impressive. It's also impressive that keep beating the teams from the 1A ranks year in and year out.

Impressed? No.
Happy? Yes. I can't stand Army, and any time they lose to ANYBODY makes me happy, indeed. Go Navy!!!

What is impressive is that UNH has won four straight games against FBS teams. No one else in the FCS has a streak that long.

Since there's no tuition and all cadets are on full scholarship with an Army salary to pay expenses, I'm not sure if this applies to the academies.

combine all four and they have what, 10 wins total? And, Army has lost 8 straight (all but one by 10+ points) and is staring down the barrel at an O-fer season in 2008.
Northwestern had a major distraction on their hands with their coach passing away a week or two before the season started, IIRC.
I will, however, give major kudos to their AD (or whomever does their scheduling) for being able to sign bad teams to these games. He must be offering to play them for free!
AzGF is right, this is the equivalent to beating Idaho.

yes, you'd think that if any of the FBS service academies would play you it'd be Army.
