*SFA AT UNI*

Who wins and why?
Can the young UNI secondary handle the passing game of Stone cold Steve Austin?
Can the SFA o-line handle the UNI d-line which destroyed the NDSU line for 11 sacks last week?
Can SFA overcome their cramping problem?..
This game has a recipe for some points if you ask me.
UNI 34-24

After the last two weeks' worth of antics from the SFA bunch, I think we're all UNI fans this Saturday.
UNI 34 - SFA 31
Go Panthers.

SFA will take this one.I believe UNI secondary will not beable to handle Moses and the receiving core. Also i believe SFA o-line will do a great job protecting moses. Only allowed 2 sacks against a great Texas A&M defensive front seven.
SFA 31- UNI 17

You know, at the start of the season I would have absolutely agreed with you. This was one of my biggest concerns about the offense. We threw way to many picks last year. So far, Moses has only thrown one pick per game. For now, I am going to hope for the best. Hopefully, he continues this trend. It's too much pass attempts to hope for none in a game, especially after last season.

If Albany can get 1, we can get 2.
We should have had a million against NDSU. So many drops.

Have your D co-ordinator call ours. Moses hasn't beaten TXST yet.
I'll take UNI 28-7 (that's a nice score)

68-28 = 40
48-7=41
hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
not much room to talk there SFA
Hey, I happen to respect and like UNI. We played them a great game back in 2005 and I root/pull for whom I please.
Plus, I'm sick of hearing about Moses.
He ain't the whole damn team. He might end up beating us this year (we'll see) but his record would still be 3-1 against TXST.
No rules says I
have to go for SLC teams in OOC play.

HAHA, Well i believe you 14 of you guys points came in the 4th qtr when U of H starters were clearly out of the game... Plus are we really comparing U of H and Texas A&M??? No Mam.Confrence USA and the Big 12??? You guys could of gave a better fight than that lady. Does not matter if you are sick of Moses or not, Hes a great Qb who put up great numbers this past season. Best QB last year and this year in the Southland Conference. PERIOD!!! You right, you can choose whoever you will like to root for, its cool, Just make sure you pack kleenex when you guys come to Nac so you can be prepared to whipe your tears away after SFA stump Texas State...

This will be a great early matchup between two teams that have an excellent chance to make it to the field of 20 in late November. UNI should have the early nod because of their tremendous home field advantage. The Dome is loud!
Both teams have good speed and great skill players. Tempo for SFA is a big key. If they can control with their spread passing attack, it will be hard for UNI to sub on defense and call coverages. SFA on defense can match UNI speed and quickness.
It usually comes down to turnovers and key penalties in games like these. This is great for FCS football when we can get these type of early season matchups.

Ya know you haven't played a team like UH recently and we never played a team with the O that team has. When you do, let me know. (and a true freshman in his first collegiate start led those 4 drives)
BTW - I don't cry over football games. I get pissed but I get over it. I think the game will be closer than you imagine, certainly I hope better than, say, 62-21. As I have said, I don't (normally) predict games or scores. If you got my original post you would understand the pun..... that was totally intended.
You also need to tone it down. If I recall, you got on here just before the playoffs last year with a lot of hyperbole about how SFA was gonna cream UM. You are starting to sound like the UTSA troll that a bunch of forums have banned. Talking your team up is diff than being an ass about.

Holy crap, start your own damn thread in the smack forum.

Texas State sucks fucking balls. You have a inferiority complex on all football subjects to many schools, and it is very clear.
The topics I help hijack are in the locker room. There is a difference in the forms.
Take a knee while your a head.

Hey, I picked UNI here, at least give me that one. I ain't sold on anything about our team this year and I didn't bring up that I was going for the wrong team, either.
I'll be at our games but, after Saturday, it's going to be a long season. Is that being a cheerleader?
Get a grip here clenzy. After everyone gives your teams props, what else is there to talk about? Wanna lock the thread? or can people not go off topic cause it's UNI. Come on.

I believe I've saw 4 actual predictions made, and 2 of them went to SFA. I believe there are more than 4 active members of CS. I'd like to see some discussion of the teams invovled in the game, not some .500 team that has had 5 winning seasons the last two decades.

You got it. CB blitzes rattle Moses. Have your DB's and safeties stay with the WRs/TEs and the game is yours. He doesn't seem to count off his receivers as well as most and that's when the INT's happen. Have the D watch his eyes. That's what our DE did last year on his pick. He figured it out pretty early in the game and broke up a number of passes plus the INT. (we had 2 picks)
Until I actually get to see UNI play I can't comment.
