The game on Maxi-Pad field gets my vote. All homerism's aside.

Elon richmond has to be the one this week. Although I like the novelty act on red grass.

Well this thread is about to go to hell....BF will be in shortly to comment and correct us all about the RED TURF, how EWU is going to blow Montana out, , and win the BSC and perhaps the NC as well just for good measure this year. :coffee:

I already resigned into the cold hard fact that Montana's only win this year will be to a D-II, the dynasty is over, EWU is in the driver's seat of the BSC and perhaps the FCS as well. EWU will be winning the conference outright this year on their way to shut out each team in the playoffs and win the NC by a score of 77-0. EWU then will be petitioned and accept an invitation to the SEC and stomp mud holes in that conference on their way to back-to-back FCS/BCS championships.

Fast forward ten or so years and after a series of utter blow outs and forfeits, EWU makes the jump, that is right, to the NFL.

Just a magical thing that Red Turf is.

I'm gonna go with the griz at eagles. This early in the season, the polls still have lots of adjusting to happen, so assuming all 3 games are close, #6 vs #18 could create more movement than #7 vs #9, etc. I think they'll all be good games.

Plus, it's my conference ;)

WTF???
What about William & Mary at Old Dominion?????

First time meeting between the Mother School and the Offspring. Regional TV telecast (Comcast 7pm EST). Sold out and tickets on Stub Hub going for as much as $100. Being played in front of 20,000 paid, and another 300-400 non-paid in the parking garage. The intrigue in determining where Old Dominion stands after just 13 games knowing they have a large support group (5th in attendance in 2009) and located in a recruiting hot bed.

This may not be much of a contest, but the first quarter is worth the fourth quarter in any of those games listed. Just looking for a little love.

Andy, I know you will be taking a peek. ;)

And soon after this comment is posted, AlphaCunt will be in shortly to proclaim that EWU doesn't stand a chance and we should just forfeit this game and the next, because both opponents have the word "Montana" in them, and that EWU is more overrated than beef-jerkey flavored dildos that have been up both Grizo's and GATW's asses... shortly before being up his own. It's in the books folks. :coffee:

Wrong. I believe EWU has had MSU's number for a while now....

But you're sold on Montana and EWU? Why?

Red carpet tips the scales for me.
Besides, I have a feeling that Elon @UR is going to be a soozer.

Write in vote for ODU vs. W&M.

Can ODU pull of the upset against the school it branched off of? Can a sold out stadium will its team to victory?

ODU has the offense, but can our defense slow down W&M enough to give us a chance to win?

Probably not, but it could end up being a very good game if a couple breaks go ODU's way.

Come on, man. That's one dude saying that stuff. And most of it is tongue-in-cheek anyway just to set you guys off. I think you'll find most of us have fairly reasonable expectations. I don't think the odds are in our favor this weekend (especially after the Cal Poly loss) but hell, we've got as good a shot as anyone in the BSC this year. It should be a good game either way. :thumb:

Is the Montana vs. EWU game being televised where I could pick it up via video? Would be interesting to see the game action on the maxi-pad field.

That said got to go with Elon vs. Richmond as THE game since both are currently in the Top 10.

Montana coming off of a loss heading out to EWU is going to tell us a lot about the two teams. Can the Griz nut up and smack the Eagles in the face? Can the Eagles hold red-turf and send the Griz home 0-2 against DI competition (OH and TWO, the Griz, think about that for a second).

It's a huge game, and my game of the week.

Had to go with Elon-Richmond. It's the toughest game of the week to call. Montana and UNI will be winning the other two.

Yes, check out the first post of the UM @ EWU game thread. :thumb:
