...the VPOTUS and another state's governor at their game yesterday?
That's NJ Gov Chris Christie (UD '84) and Joe Biden (UD '65) yucking it up at the Maine game.

I saw them at the very end of the game.
BTW, what's with Christie wearing a Maine blue shirt?

No idea on Christie's shirt, but I'm guessing it's something Jersey-government related. I think that's their state police colors perhaps.
Btw, I was spying Biden out of the corner of my eye. He was literally 60 feet to my left. Christie came over for no more than about a minute. He was being friendly, but not too friendly.
The SS guys were all in really casual gear. Other than the ear pieces, they blended in really well.

If republicans were in office, LU would have a good chance to have similar guests at a football game.
But there's no way Joe Biden would come to a football game at LU.
That's a cool sight to see, tho.

He probably has. Same with Newt Gengrich. But never anyone as highly ranked as currently in office VPOTUS.
At least not that I know of.

I cannot comment on Ruth Ann Minner due to conflicts of interest.

What you have there is the current VPOTUS and the future POTUS talking with each other.

And you had a win. For ISU that's more important than anything else.

I often sit a few seats away from one of the senior members of the US Senate at many of the UNI volleyball games.

Sid Bream was at the LU game this weekend. That's the most famous name I know that was there.
