To all the Montana haters out there, especially EW fans. Keep on hating!! Its funny how everyone besides Montana fans think that Griz Nation dominance is over. I guarantee that if your teams had as much turnover as the Griz did with their coaching staff and all of the injuries this year you too would be outside looking in. Im not trying to make any excuses for this years team but it is the truth. Montana will be back on top of the Big Sky next year and for all the EW fans out there who thinks their team is the next best thing since white bread, cherish it because your not gonna last long at the top of the Big Sky.

They do return pretty much everybody next year so it may last a little longer than we'd like.

BTW, since your newer here if you are referring to the "Griz Reign" thread...that started last spring with BF calling it out before the season even started. It's not a thread started after the losses as a kick em' when they're down thing.

I don't hate the Griz at all... just a couple of your fans. Most of you are pretty cool though.

Plus, the thread only claims that the Griz reign (as in the current streak of BSC Championships) is over. The Griz will continue to be at the top of the conference, that I have no doubt.

Hate....? no hate at all. I am a FCS fan in the west....huge respect for the Griz. Not to mention they are one of the few teams in BSC who have been consistently willing to play Poly. That wont be a problem anymore.

No hate here, at least not for the program itself. Even though I have issues with some of UM's fans, here, and on some of the other sites, I do respect their program - as I think most of the fans of the other BSC teams that post on here do.

I don't personally think the Griz reign is over. Just think they're having somewhat of a "down" year with injuries, new coaching staff, etc. Montana should still make the play-offs either way.

It's still funny to rib you guys though.

We will probably see them in the playoffs anyway if it works out for the both of us, so here's to round #2

I guess I should have stipulated........yeah, obviously, I think the "reign" in terms of conference championship streaks is over. I guess I was speaking more in broader terms, not specifically this year....if that makes sense.
