Is there any possibility he will play against delaware.

If there is any possibility, will he be anywhere close to 100%.

If Szczur is somehow healthy, and I dont put it beyond Coach Talley to hold him out until this point - Villanova overnight goes from marginal playoff contender to national title contender. I dont care about their record.

Any word?

As I previously posted way-back-when, Szczur is still suffering from a lack of bone marrow. I'm hoping the best for him and think he should take the Cubbies bonus money, but I'm just a dope. :dunce:

Talley is quoted in today's Wilmington News-Journal that Szczur will play Saturday. Don't know what to expect from him after missing more than half the season. But, wouldn't want it any other way. If he didn't play there'd be more excuses from 'Nova fans since the Fr. Lazor incident....

I know Sczczur is a remarkable player, but I'm not necessarily sure offense has been Villanova's problem. Now I guess you could argue that they'll have to pass less by virtue of having another talented guy who can handle snaps and take handoffs, but I don't see him fixing the defensive issues I saw last week.

Combine that with the fact that UD's offense has hit its stride with 93 points over the last 2 games, Chester U. needs all the help they can get this Saturday in the Tub. Should be the funnest Delaware/Chester game since the Westbrook days in 2000.

But it's a one-way smack-fest, "C"U doesn't really have a fanbase to speak of. Can't wait till Saturday!!! Payback is a bitch.

Ditto. My mother's native language was Polish.
