They are losing by 38 points. I do not think they will be number 1. They might be able to hold on to a top 2 seed, but I don't see them moving up after a loss this big.

No argument from me. I'm happy with 2 seed.

EWU might also need a Montana St loss.

Why? I don't see MSU passing us up if both teams win.

They beat y'all head to head and would be the autobid team from Big Sky, right?

The seeding committee doesn't have to use the rankings. If MSU wins they get the Big Sky auto bid. With both MSU and EWU finishing at 9-2 there's a good chance that MSU will get a higher seed than EWU.

I have no idea what will happen tomorrow, but EWU could be seeded anywhere from 1 to 5. An MSU loss would be a big help to you guys.

No, they do not deserve to be #1.

If App, then why not Delaware too? We were far more impressive in our loss, if such a thing exists.

It's wide open. UD and ASU could both lose today and still be the top 2 seeds.

So 86, do you think the committee gives us the winner of Lehigh/Nova in round 2? Is that allowable under current rules? I want another crack at Nova soonest.

And they could be really lame and give it to Jax State since they only have 1 loss and have a win over Ole Miss.

My guess is no. But I'd love to see a final four of UD, W&M, Nova and ASU.

I'll settle for any final four that contains the Hens.

It's Florida....it's the SEC...it's not the ACC.
ASU should get the number 1 seed.

Why would that be so lame?

Because they have the worst loss of any of the teams in the discussion.

So what? UF also routed South Florida and Miami OH.

And when has a team ever dropped for losing to an FBS, anyways?

Not allowed. Rules state conference teams are not allowed to play each other in the round of 16.

They can if one of the teams has already played a game in the 1st round. Remember, the round of 16 is the 2nd round.
