The homer in me picks all MVFC teams

WIU (7-4) @ Coastal Carolina (6-5)
Lehigh (9-2) @ UNI (7-4)
Robert Morris (8-2) @ NDSU (7-4)

Thats not my score prediction. I already said in the ndsu thread that that score will be 5-2 bison.

I think WIU is the only one that may be in danger.

Are you absolutely positvely certain about that? If the same offense doesn't show up for NDSU shows up this weekend or better "fails" to show up the MVFC may want to oust NDSU from it's ranks and I wouldn't blame them. Sorry RMU fans not meaning to pick on you or your team but I"m sorry a team with 30-40 scholly's who has the schedule you played should be a first round warm up game but with this NDSU offense you have a serious chance to win this one.

it is pretty bad when you can't score a single point against a Missouri State defense that gave up 50-bajillion points to Murray State.

I dont think the MVFC will lose any of the games. It really doesnt matter how many points are scored. NDSU could win 2-0 and its still a win, unless you are UND. Then you can win no matter what the score just as long as you went "toe-to-toe" with them or "battled all afternoon" to keep the game respectable at 21-0. Unfortunately there will be no moral victories in Fargo on Saturday, you win or lose.

Not an MVFC fan, but I expect NDSU and UNI to win by 10+ points. I saw Lehigh play earlier this year and wasn't terribly impressed, though I do think they had injury concerns. That said, they lost 35-0 to 'Nova and then 33-14 (I believe) to UNH, and UNH turned it over a few times deep to them. I don't recall them making a lot of mistakes, but the QB in that game just wasn't very good.

WIU and Coastal is interesting to me. I expect quite a few points to be scored in that one and think Coastal has a shot at home.

MVFC goes 3-0 this weekend.

Side note, did you guys see where MSU picked up a second BCS game next season? They will travel to play @ Arkansas and @ Oregon.

Dam hopefully you are getting some big $$$ cuz that's going to make it damned hard on your team to get to the magic number of 7DI wins. Hopefully you at least come out of those two games with a split. Best of luck in those games :thumb:

Holy crap. You are going to have like the #1 SOS in all Division 1. 50+ points by both teams in the first half.

On top of this, you lose Kirby. Is the money being used for the MSU Memorial Cemetery? Or to buy out TA's contract?

Rumor is they are pocketing the 500-750k from Oregon and it's going straight to stadium renovations.

Well, then that's a waste of 1.2 Million Dollars that could have went to Ag research. :kisswink:

Here is a perfect example of how a very competitive MVC has confused eastern and western FCS fans and pollsters! Is it parody  or parity? :thumb: I have already said this but I will say it again, 1-10 has followed us around like a Capt'n and Cat fart!

Cap's farts are deadly...and they linger for probably 10 minutes in a strong wind, longer in a weak wind

I see the conference going 3-0 or 2-1...1-2 would shock me but not surprise me....0-3 and I would shit my pants on the spot.

WIU is a completely different team on the road than at home. Keep an eye on that one.

It was only $100,000 Gil, but still, that would go a long way in the fight against wheat rust!

The BISON have to win in the name of Ag Research!!
